First class service, spoke to lovely lady on the phone who amazingly helped me out of a hole during a lockdown. Have used twice, Christmas and bereavement, the flowers have been excellent on both occasions

Beautiful flowers; amazing customer service; the store phoned me to double check the correct address as what I had noted down was wrong; thank you so much !

Absolutely delighted with the floral display and the service. However whilst there was no mention of a delivery charge I was charged ??3.95 for a delivery which is no more than a 1/4 of a mile. Absolutely disgusted as I have had bouquets delivered 3 miles from other florists and not been charged delivery charges. Left a very bad taste in my mouth!!
